Dressed in a scratch-resistant, black powder coat, this rack can take a beating and keep looking good. Whether your transporting it to the site, assembling it, or just installing gear, you know when you're "finished" with the rack that its finish will look showroom perfect.

“Strong” Build Quality
When it comes to the strength of your rack, errr… size matters. Vented top/bottom plates and rack rails are stamped from rugged 14 gauge steel. These racks are so Strong in fact that they are UL listed for up to 600 lbs with the casters attached. This is HEAVY to roll around, so we asked our dealers what they felt was a reasonable weight for easy mobility. They suggested keeping the maximum load at 400 lbs. This is EXCELLENT feedback and something to consider when you re designing your system.

One Rack. One Tool.
If time is money, then taking HALF the time to install is worth… well, a lot of dough! This rack's flat-pack design is easy to store and transport - plus we've preinstalled the casters for even quicker assembly. All it takes to build the rack is a drill and a Phillips bit. Don t have one, or the battery died? We even included a screwdriver just in case. Our engineers have labored over the design so you don t have to! Need direct ventilation? Featured in both the top and bottom plates are two-120mm knock-out locations for wire or thermal management.

Yep, we know that when you're placing orders in between jobs, at nights, on the weekends - and with a phone on your ear talking to a customer - it can be easy to overlook the little stuff. Thankfully our engineers didn't - so they included the all-too-forgotten fine-floor casters right in the box, two locking swivel and two fixed. This much love might be tough to accept at first - but we think you'll get used to it...
